Abigail organized a book drive at her school, Lexington Catholic,
and donated all the items she collected (several boxes worth!)
to the Friends'  Lilian Lindsey Bookstore!

Celebrating the 10th birthday of the 'new' PSPL (actually on Nov 6)
during the Downtown Candlelight Tradition.
Guests were treated to the dulce dulcimer and vibrant violin music
of noted locals Don and Sylvia Coffey,
as well as to some sweet treats and door prizes,
and networking with good Friends!
Friend's  Director at Large, Cloyd Stratton,

of a lucky $10 gift certificate winner
(drawing was every 15 minutes;
winners who weren't present will be contacted)

These tasty "bookies" were a safe bet for guests!
